Let Saima's age three years ago was x
then Raina's age was 3x
Now Saima's age is (x + 3)
then Raina's age is (3x + 3)

3x + 3 = 2(x + 3)
3x + 3 = 2x + 6
3x - 2x = 6 - 3
x = 3
Now Raina's age = (3x + 3) = (3*3 + 3) = 12
